You can publish 3 different versions of your app.

Important App Version Info

Android
•Requires Google Play developer account for a one-time $25.
•Publishing is free, or you have the option to pay $50 and let the app builder support publish for you.

iOS (Apple)
•Requires Apple developer account for a yearly fee of $99.
•Also Requires a $99 review fee

Progressive Web App (PWA)
•No extra account/cost requirements, though a custom domain name is strongly recommended.
