Custom Domain Setup Steps

Note: If you’re still unsure what to do inside your hosting account, please contact your hosting account support. They should be able to assist you with this part.

• You’ll need to create a subdomain (i.e., app.yourwebsite.com). You cannot use your main website URL.
• Once the subdomain is created, you’ll need to add a CNAME record to your hosting account. This information is provided during the setup process within your account, but we’ve included it below as well.

Your web host may work differently, but this is the information you’ll need to create a CNAME record.
